How Does It Work?

  • We meet you individually, explain the process and suggest options if mediation is unsuitable
  • Your mediation is arranged to suit your convenience
  • We help you voice your concerns
  • Issues are defined and prioritised
  • Together we explore options for resolution
  • Once agreement is reached we help you put it in writing
  • Fees are charged at a flat rate for up to six hours, with an hourly rate for any additional time. Introductory sessions are also charged at the hourly rate.
